Internal medicine looks at the patient as a whole using knowledge from other medical fields.<\/p>\n

Internal medicine doctors are trained to intervene in cases of respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrinological, autoimmune and neurological diseases among others, accompanying patients and their treatment at all stages.
